Who Are We?
Smile for a Lifetime is a charitable, non-profit foundation that launched in 2008. Its members are dedicated to providing orthodontic care to individuals who may not be able to acquire assistance otherwise. The foundation sponsors its participating orthodontists in providing orthodontic services to patients chosen by their local Board of Directors. Click here to learn more! Our Mission

Who Qualifies?
Those interested in becoming a candidate for Smile for a Lifetime’s services must complete or have completed an application. See below for the necessary paperwork.
